The Lubelskie Voivodeship in cooperation with the Institute of Development of Territorial Government of the Lubelskie Voivodeship are organising the Self-government Economic Congress, II Three Seas Initiative Forum of Regions
The aim of the Congress is to integrate interregional cooperation and business networking of the companies from Central and Eastern Europe. The event is dedicated to representatives of the Three Seas regions, the world of science, business and media. The initiatives undertaken, with their joint element -the Via Carpathia route, will strengthen the development of particular regions, and thus the whole Three Seas Initiative.
Owing to good transborder relations, representatives of business and administration from Ukraine and Belarus will also take part in the event.

- Economic cooperation of the Three Seas regions
- Interregional and transborder cooperation, UE funds, the Three Seas Investment Fund
- Transport and Logistics
- Investments and natural environment protection
- Energy security
- Agriculture and agriculture & food processing
